So, what I have for exercise equipment is:
Yoga Ball
Resistance Band
Yoga Mat
Ab Crunch Machine
I am going to use all of these to achieve my goals. I will use a different type of work-out each week and write a review, how to's, dos and donts. And we will see what works the best.
I also will post what I am eating, what exercises I am doing, how frequently I am eating and how I am feeling everyday.
